What I love about physical therapy: I love what I do. Physical Therapy is like being a detective. We try to figure out the biomechanical source of the pain and then treat the biomechanical flaws. This makes both the examination and the treatment of each patient unique and exciting. But the greatest part is the satisfaction I get in helping patients relieve their pain and return to doing what they want to do, whether it is work, recreational activities or simply interacting with friends and family.
Other: I am originally from Long Island and New York City, but I now describe myself as a recovering New Yorker. I love Western NY for the seasons and for the affordability, but mostly for the people that reside here. I wouldn't want to raise my family anywhere else.

What I love about physical therapy: I enjoy coming to work every day. It is amazing to be able to make a difference in somebody's life, and I feel I do that each day. Physical therapy is maximizing function; I see it as making life physically easier and more enjoyable for my patients.

Seeing a patient's motivation towards self-improvement is invigorating. I truly appreciate the opportunity to aid a person in making decisions that will impact their life.

What I love about physical therapy: I like that every day is different when you work in the PT field. No two patients are the same, even with the same diagnosis. I find it to be very satisfying when I am able to assist a patient in achieving their goals which allows them to return to work, play a sport, or simply enable them to participate in different functional activities or hobbies.
